Q drop, with a 3-year delta in February 9th, includes, 'Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!'

I also noticed that there are 9 "ha's" in the first line & 9 in the second, adding up to 18.
It also included "[Next Week]" so I decided to take a look at Feburary 18th drops.
2 included "For God and Country", which is also included in a drop that includes "Castle_Rock" (which is still VK's banner), and references the Military & their oaths to defend our Constitution against all enemies foreign (and domestic).
For God and Country was first (famously) included in drop#144.
