serious question: in the last week, maybe, i feel like i might be powering thru it - i cant remember the word for taking 1 kind of energy and turning it into good energy but...am i *supposed* to be feeling like this?

My best advice? Stay away from people for a while (and off of a computer or phone). Go for a walk in the grass, sand, etc. Fill your thoughts with only love. Sit quietly somewhere and send what love you can to the world. 💙 Feel, don't think.
