So the words 'zero point' jumped out at me and I remembered the plaque outside Notre Dame. So off down the rabbit hole I went.

The above article reminded me of 'The centre of New Zealand' near where I live. When I looked at some photos (below) I wondered what 'Jaycee' was. So I searched it - it is a global NGO with a German founder (1915) .......reminds me somewhat of the masons!
