I started taking black seed oil. I am almost back to my twenties weight. EVEN with stressers like cortisol, cuz I was like even with stress? YEP it overpowers even the cortisol weight gain. My clothes are baggy on me. Had to go down a size in bikinis, still eating everything I want.
