Wrote this reflection on Christianity in a private chat, so it's rather more raw and candid that what I usually put out. I don't (yet) take the name, but am seeing the attraction, and notice a lot of people who do talk the talk but don't walk the walk. Christianity to me is a badass creed, and the longer I am engaged in this spiritual warfare, the greater the value I find in paying attention to those who fought in previous battles.

The “institution of the church”, is just another captured asset, used to pacify those who are unwilling to engage the battle. Loving others is the only true proof of Who you belong to. This life you live, speaks more about the Word in your heart than the words from your lips. So many are devoid of integrity. For me, it is always a knife through the heart when someone betrays themselves by not striving to live up to their word. Not because they have hurt me, but because they have missed the potential to grow deeper into really becoming who they were created to be. It’s about depth.
