Yes this, what he said, let Nana also add that when you first start out looking for this space, this place to begin the journey, there seems to be a sweet spot.
There is a resonance when you are going to sleep at night or really any time of the day in between awake and asleep that is magical.
If you realize that space is there and it's potential you can start to use it.
It doesnt happen over night, and is something you will have to work at on the front end, but so worth the journey.
Apparently this relaxed state is a resonance with Earth's resonance and the universe where the veil is the thinnest, where you have the best chance of beginning the journey of connecting to your own higher self, your own subconsciousness and then in turn with the God consciousness.
Realizing that your soul is an actual fractal piece of God so in simple terms, connecting to your soul IS connecting with part of God.
