Well idk about that Juan makes a lot of sense when he talks about not destroying the country to that point because it would take too long to recover it and redo that many total systems.
Nana doesnt think the White Hat's intend to allow the country to be completely destroyed.
I do however think that most of our food sources are poisoning us and all of it will have to be changed to some degree.
But that is just my own opinion.

Hell idk any babies that keep half that formula down to start with. Idk what to tell them what are they going to do let their babies go without anything. That is just stupid I am sorry to say but that is just what it is.
