WEIRD< okay I smoke, yeah not good, for sure. BUT I started using tar blocker tips, and it is SO cool because it has drastically cut my smoking down in the last few days, and my friend is using them. ALSO DISGUSTING how much tar is in each one. You can see it in the tips, HERE is what I was thinking, says it pulls out most chemicals....SO maybe the chemicals also is what causes folks too smoke so much more. Freaking interesting. Maybe just maybe I will end up whipping this habit.

😌🌴🙏 I've smoked 44 years. I have always heard the chemicals are in the filter. They say tobacco is bad, maybe it isn't. They poison the filters. I eat junk also. I do not like fruits and veggies. try American Spirits. they're supposed to be organic tobacco and water only - no chems. rj renolds bought them a few years ago and no trust for that, but they are very dif. i can smell the dif between just tobacco and chem loaded tobacco. that being said very easy to quit all together smoking those. the chems keep you addicted, make them burn faster so you smoke more. like everything else (blame sugar on hyperactivity - not the fact that our food "products" are 95% chemicals) (blame the nicotine for the addiction and health issues vs the 7000 chemicals that go into each ciggie)

Nana smokes for 30yrs, stopped one night and started on the vapes just to shut up a fren and have never smoked another cig since, dont even want them cant stand the smell even any more.

i was told the organic tobacco is totally different, not a smoker, but that friend mailed me one of her organic cigarettes, so i smoked it like it was pot, actually was smooth, vibes nice, the brand she smokes is Natural American Spirit. i worked in the wellness industry here in the deep south and smoking was like sinning 😁 so not gonna pick up that habit but no chemicals in that organic brand, so you mght want to try☺️

Not much better but I started vaping to step down from smoking. (It was much easier to quit vaping than it ever was to quit smoking). Also put a capful of braggs vinegar (or similar) in a bottle of water, it seems to keep your blood sugar more stable which is also a big issue when you quit.

Stephanie, I quit the day before open heart surgery, just cold turkey, due to fear. I have a mechanical valve keeping me alive. Was it due to smoking, who knows, but i did it and u can too! I still want one every now and again, but fear keeps me away. You'll quit when you're ready.
