elliot wave is also just a technique and in the end pure speculation. I think that we have reached the bottom soon but it could still go to 25k USD for btc. Maybe a small intermediate movement comes and then to 25k or directly. Fear and Great Index is at 9 of 100 so the masses are panicking and when the masses are panicking you should do the opposite but you have to look at it long term.
