I have done both. I think full dosing in the beginning is what led me to micro dosing. Micro is way less intense, yet still very calming and beautiful. Micro, for me, is the ultimate zen state of mind. Things flow instead of zoom. I think each person has to figure out their own dosage. It's a wonderful thing imo.

I'd be interested to know. That would go along with ppl using Ayahuasca for a large DMT experience. I know that's suppose to change ppl for life.
