What if Vanguard was put in there to actually SAVE us all. I mean literally White Hats. Has anyone considered that? They literally control the assets of most of us. I just realize they hold most of my 401K, it isn't just their money it is ours they protect. Bear with me on this but what is the meaning of the word Vanguard?
