As I understand it, Space Force have to BLACKOUT the internet
in order to pull out the dark web & DS spyware.
But I don't know.
I can't imagine Q Team want to cause panic.
I suspect Q Team has been quietly
switching the internet to Quantum already.
They may have to pull it for a day or 2
but I don't see them leaving Earth without a way to communicate.
But it's anyone's guess
& Q team aren't talking!! 🤷♀️
