Product that can be found on Amazon (I know, I hate it, but ya just have to), called Xlear Natural Saline Nasal Spray with xylitol.
AMAZING stuff, imho, no crap ingredients and the only thing I've found that actually works aside from NeilMed Saline wash.
Xlear can be used 2 x's daily, but give the fastest results.
Prayers for your sinuses to clear, VK...not much more miserable than stuffed ones.
