not sure but when I saw this tweet it made me think of the law of war manual....not sure why but it did....... then it made me think.. "think mirror"... not sure if it has any connection but I wanted others to check into this as well... any information would be apricated. Thanks

yes.. if you look at it as a mirror image.. it will read out as 1142... and I went to section 11.4.2 in the law of war manual to get that info I attached to Mr Pools tweet.. hope that helps
