I am VERY grounded, LOL!
I've been spending hours & hours on my butt, legs spread, tearing turf out of our lawn to make a Victory Garden...
My feet are at their ugliest ever, always mud under my toenails, LOL.
Bit I'm cool as a cucumber, Kek!
When I used to have a bad attack of FM, I would go out no matter the weather & lie down under my favorite pine tree, alongside one of its big roots, wrapped in a quilt... My pain would usually go away or be dramatically lessened within 45 minutes.
Years ago, I wondered why there were no more shoes with leather soles...
