Today in DC. Sandbags around Federal Buildings. Is a Flood coming?

Something similar happened a few months ago - remember when those sandbags not only surrounded some of the buildings but also those big drains?
Some speculated that those underground tunnels were being flooded🤔
There's something I ran across but I haven't seen another source backing it yet so this is just speculation - someone stated that after a chain of events (and the timetable wasn't far down the road) those 34 structures (evil, demonic satanic temples imo) would be coming down & several structures in DC were indicated
