Really enjoyed diving into this book. RN Vooght has some fascinating ideas and makes some really good and interesting connections between some of the world's sacred texts, astrology, and science. The book itself is fairly short, but weaves a really interesting narrative that connects the dots throughout. The view that ancient folklore and mythology should not be taken literally isn't new, but looking at it from the viewpoint that it is deeply entrenched in our ancestors' use of entheogens most definitely is. Well worth picking this title up. Looking forward to reading his other works as well.
