to just surrender on every level, bc in addition to bone tired
1) i feel everything, and it's been rollercoaster past 2 yrs; and
2) i tend to be an overthinker, and my brain feels like utter mush
so i will give myself grace and let water roll off like a duck

Yes, I understand not giving up but taking breaks, or at least taking things slower and letting things flow. Always having a strong Faith that everything will be fine and remembering that we Create Reality 😇
