My son has been doing this and told me he feels a lot better. i have been trying but can’t do nearly that long. usually turn it pretty cold but not all the way at the end. It helps wake me up but it takes your breath away. suppose to be reappy good for skin and hair too. Maybe as summer comes and it gets hotter i will be able to do longer but on cold days it makes it harder.
