They cannot contain this mess. distractions don't last as long as they use to. They will start their chanting soon and will need a sacrifice. I hate this stuff.

It was horrific and difficult to break.

Lots of levels to this, and I’m not an authorized Vibe expert. 😉
But I pray. A lot.
And I try to maintain a high vibe in words, actions, and hold love in my heart - absent of Fear.
Gravitate to good vibrations & cut ties with toxic; boundaries are necessary. Critical.
Do not accept bad energy.
On days when it hits, try to recognize what it is and why - could be a spiritual attack.
Listening to pure Schumann Resonance to help ground yourself helps.
Let emotions flow through and *release*.
Get sunlight. And play good vibe music.

Personally, I’m an imperfect work in neverending progress; constantly calibrating. Learning.
Some days I fall flat on my face.
But we get back up, brush off the dirt, and do better.
The spells are being broken...I feel it.
But they will continue to try, so be aware.
And Never ever quit. ❤️
