Several weeks ago I was noticing if you turn the volume all the way down on the tv (atleast mine does) makes a low buzzing noise that changes pitches.

Subliminal "Programming"
The subconscious can 'hear' the words being said, but the 'conscious' mind can't. All very wicked what they do.
