Does Signal also work offline? I had it once but deleted it when some said it was stealing people’s data. Not sure if that was true but never used it anyway.

Pretty sure it does work offline and the fact it’s an Iphone app, anything is possible when stealing data. I don’t trust any of them, but IMO they’re stealing our data from anything and if NSA “has it all” the only way to secure data is to stay off all together.
