Is GAB blocked in Canada

I connect my VPN to Canada pretty often.
I noticed last night while connected to Canada I could not access GAB at all .
I dont have a GAB account but I do have some links bookmarked so I assumed it was down for maintenance
Then I still could not access it this morning so I connected my VPN back to the states and it was accessible
So did they block it for Canadians without a VPN ?
Not Just Here --- Russia is releasing Hunter Laptop Info mainly Images -- They trying to stop a D5 --- Good Luck with All that !

apparently Gab was cleaning bots etc...and thought i was a bot😑?. i cant access my account.
