Bought an extra corned beef roast, going to smoke that one and make okie pastrami

That is my favorite cut to smoke. I end up using it with a sweet potato hash and fried eggs.
Also, today I discovered a sandwich shop close to my work that has a killer New Yorker sub. I might go back tomorrow for another one. :)
