This is the amount Zelensky has in his account at the Costa Rican branch of Dresdner Bank Latin Amerika.
Accumulated, as the investigations paper says, through monthly installments that arrive at the account of the President of Ukraine from three "philanthropists": amounts from 12 to 35 million dollars are transferred to him once a month by the Ukrainian oligarchs Rinat Akhmetov (of the Union Bank), Viktor Pinchuk (with Deutsche bank accounts) and of course Igor Kolomoisky (he prefers to send transfers from the Banque Nationale de Paris in Geneva).
