We have friends from Poland and the husband served in the Russian Army he said: We think Putin is afraid that Ukraine will join NATO and he wants Soviet Union back.Obviously the western world will know that he killed Polish President in 2010 he was going to Smolensk in Russia to pay respect to over 20000 Polish officers executed in spring of 1940.
Not to many people know back in 1939 after Germany attack Poland 2 weeks later Russia invaded from the other side and took half of Poland.Western world was sleeping back in 2014 when Russia took Crimea.Hopefully right now west will stand by its words and punish Russia with sanctions they are talking about for the past few weeks.
