2. James 5:15-16
James instructs to call on the elders of the church to pray over us, so they can anoint us with oil in the name of the Lord. When there is more than one person praying it can be powerful. If you add a healing Scripture to this? Well, it's quite extraordinary. Jesus echoed what James said about bringing people together to pray. “Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by My Father in Heaven."

As much as it pains us to face, we were called to suffer. As long as we live in the world, there will be sickness and disease. The good news is that Isaiah 41:10 tells us that we don't need to be afraid. "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with My righteous right hand." When we need healing, we may become fearful that God will forsake us. This is why we need healing Scriptures to come to our rescue and to strengthen us.
