After being vented, when they decide it's time to die they administer deadly doses of Fentanyl. Gotta be what causes the sudden heart attacks. My wife wasn't vented for a full hour before she suffered a heart attack. Prior to being vented, she was doing fine on bipap and her blood 02 was normal, vitals were normal. That was 6 hours prior to venting.

my mother in law was in a similar situation, sorry for your loss and we had no idea either, pray that you figure out how so we won't have to aee ofhers go through fhis

That's why I am trying so hard to get someone to help. It has to be out in the open and people need to know. So they can save themselves and their loved ones from the same hardships.
