Every public official has a surety bond. This mother got a hold of the bond & filed a claim against the superintendent of the school.
Because she listed all illegal activities in the claim they couldn't fight back! All state & federal funding stopped until the claim was resolved. They know that if their bond or insurance company has to pay a claim the very next thing they do is go after the politician personally to recover what they paid out.
Or that is what the bonding company told me when I purchased them for the county I worked for yrs.
