Also, once all are in this state, I guess we will no longer require governance of any sort. We will naturally govern ourselves so we cohabit peacefully with all around us, aware of the effects what we do/do not do has on them, and care as if it were affecting us personally.

I guess flying cars will fix the need for road/bridges/tunnels/seaports - ie infrastructure... and one imagines our new awareness will allow us to navigate the skies as easily as the relationships around us.
