a few posters were saying this was a transiting vehicle light, three problems with that scenario, no street high enough to make that real, no public road accessible near by, look at the map layout, its impossible that its a vehicle, and if that were a vehicle that super bright light would transit the building exterior which it doesnt.

Either controlled demolition or firing squad...I'll take either one.👊💥
