They started back in the early 1980s on these. As they would close our air bases under Reagan, they began refitting them as prisons, people.
The one in Amarillo has railroad tracks running through it.
Not a great idea to be living in any of these cities just now, but I do believe these installations will be turned against those who intended to exterminate us.

You know where the PanTex installation is with all those bunkers for decomissioned nukes?
Yepper. The old air base is out that way. You'll know it when you see the towers painted red & white in checkerboard pattern. They never took down the towers.
At least, they hadn't removed them as of 20 years ago.
