This is just a way to get the Covid death numbers up. That is the only reason FEMA is doing this. I have personal knowledge of this scam !!! 84 yr old uncle died after 10 days in the hospital for heart and internal bleeding issues. He tested negative for Covid when he arrived in the hospital. He didn’t have any breathing issues. He died after being in the hospital for 10 days. They came to his wife shortly after he died and said that somehow magically he just tested positive for Covid, and if she signs this paper saying he was not vaccinated and died of Covid then she would get $9,000 from FEMA. She couldn’t sign it quick enough.
