All have been evacuated before ! Man made operation (tunnels )

People were not evacuated before the eruption. I have seen video footage of the tsunami. It was not a high wave tsunami it was low flooding. The capital has been highly effected, but no deaths thankfully. Lots of flood damage and water contamination.
