This is good but...
The "rocks" in the baby food is actually iron, to prevent iron deficiency. Same thing for fortified cereals, the iron can be "harvested" from them as well. Many videos on YT showing this. Not necessarily a problem.

It's in many things now; some speculation of graphene oxide esp in meat.

Buying grass-fed, grass-finished straight from the farmer now. In this case, S3Meats, because they'll drive it over to you with no shipping if your state is contiguous to Kansas, which mine is.
They're into it so much that their herd hasn't needed a vet in five years because they put NO CORN in the herd's feed. Corn, and gmo corn at that, is in so much human food it's hard to avoid.
