To have someone drawn and quartered would be to exhibit an equally sadistic bloodlust. Firing squads get the job done cheaper, faster, with far less gore and a mess that's easier to clean up.

The drawn and quartered reference was to draw attention to how previous cultures tried to attach a severely to different crimes with different forms of execution.

I was trying to point out if people call for execution of those that created the virus, then they should call out for at least this for what they have done to the children.
