Want long, strong nails??? This stuff is amazing. Never had nails before. They peeled, were brittle, broke off, and looked translucent. Not anymore. I think I'll just keep this stuff around.

If you have animals, I started out with 1/4 teaspoon in their food. They wouldn’t eat it, so I cut back to 1/8 teaspoon and worked up to 1 teaspoon over a month. I cant tell a difference in my dog but it sure helped my cat’s coat

start out with 1 teaspoon in 8 ounces of water on an empty stomach (I drink mine first thing in the morning and I gulp it down without taking a breath). Work up to 3 teaspoons gradually (unless you’re brave, lol). Just remember 10 days on, 7 off. Its not bad tasting. I imagine it would be like eating chalk. Thats the what i taste.
