You have Manchurians in control
& that kind of a scenario authorizes —
& this is where the Law of War Manual comes in,
what is authorized,
what is accepted protocols—LEGALLY
for Military personnel
from the Generals & Admirals
right on down through the ranks,
& their cohorts in the civilian world,
businesses, people like me —
WHAT CAN YOU LEGALLY DO
that you don’t end up in a world court somewhere
for going against the population of the country
as a Belligerent force
