I think we are all struggling with our own shit that comes. I work with the public and have my "nice face" all day, at the end of the day - I am done and I will often be "short" with my family. My anxiety has been manifesting into anger at people that think the unvaxxed are the problem. My extended family is of this thought. Micro dosing has calmed me, allowed me to be clearer in my thoughts. Happier, best of all it has been noticed by my family. I have tried a few different methods as well as products, currently Lion's Mane in 3 doses (1 gram) a day - 4 on 2 off and then I switch the next week. Would love to have a buddy to share and learn from!
