Scientists have been saying for some time that we're made of stardust. Its not a poetic statement, its a fact - we’re deeply connected to the Universe at a cellular level. Your body - right down to your organs, your cells, and your bones - is made of ancient exploded stars.
Some believe that Starseeds are souls who answered a call to be here at this pivotal time in history. There's no denying that right now, as a planet, we're navigating a global dark night crisis and a possible invitation for the evolution of a whole new humanity.
At times, it can feel like we're living in a pressure cooker. A death of our old ways is happening, thats for sure, and its becoming clear that rebirth isn't possible without consciously living through the contractions and letting them change us. We must let them change us as a species.

Many of us have already been through our own personal awakenings in the few decades leading up to this moment. You could say that in a way. weve been preparing for this for years, perhaps even lifetimes.
Planet Earth is indeed cosmic - its easy to forget that. We're but a speck of dust, a single seed in the Universe. And that's just the one we know. Will we remember before it s too late that we're not the very center of the Universe? That its inconceivable that were the only ones out there, here? Will we wake up to the fact that we're all more alike than we are different? Bone, flesh, heartbeat. Ancient souls in human bodies. Diverse and different, and also made up of the very same things.
Perhaps that's why all of the Universe's secrets can be found by looking into a lover's eyes. Or at a flower. Or a tree. Or a single wave. Supernovas. Luminous stellar explosions. As above, so below.
