If you have been following him, like I have, you know it's him. He's jerking Twitter around - they can't prove it's him so they can't boot him off.

I'm a person who knows language and language patterns; even if the patterns are comical, such as "il Donaldo Trumpo". "il" is ITALIAN for "the", yet he does a lot of things with "Spanisho" which is linguistically ridiculous (he knows this).

It's POTUS having FUN, making fun of people who are idiots, etc. The thing to note is that every single "Message from Donald J. Trump" is posted on his account; every endorsement of Republican, America First candidates, etc. I'm sure Dan Scavino and Don Jr. are having a lot of fun making memes for him to use.
