Looks to me that Cher and Salma don't know how to make the devils horns hand signal correctly. I truly don't think Betty was all caught up in that mess. She may have been just going along to get along. There are a lot of people who do that. It doesn't mean they are actually involved in all of the evil. Besides, the hand sign, even done "correctly" is often known as the "Rock On" hand. I think intent comes into play.
