thank you for the link. so far Im seeing much of the criteria of crimes against humanity, genocide, etc satisfactory met within the definitions and in the procedures for the apprehension and pretrial processes are delineated. ...I have to fall back asleep for awhile before continuing. Is there a particular article/s that are the source of impediment to justice other than the failure of duty within the host state by current individuals in the international arena reverting to geopolitics vs criminality?
