LOOKED LIKE HE WAS ACTING ON HIS OWN WITH A GROUP IT JUST DOESNT MAKE SINCE IF THERE WAS MARTIAL LAW MY SON WOULD HAVE TO RETURN TO HIS NEW HOME AND HE WOULD HAVE GOTTON A CALL OR TEXT A MARTIAL LAW WOULD EFFECT EVRYONE IN THE ARMY ECT
