This is not a mystery, the police purposefully screen for and select people with psychopathic tendencies.

One of the things is psychopathy scale, so they can tell by this test pretty much, what your psychopathic tendencies are. Now police academies give this to new recruits, you would think to weed out the psychopaths, but no it’s not, it’s to weed them in.”
