I find this easy to believe, this is what the First Amendment Video Audits being done on the police are clearly demonstrating to us.

Police academy had something called the MMPI, it’s the Minneapolis Multiphase Personality Inventory, it’s about 600 questions that determines the range of your personality, it’s actually quite accurate. One of the things is psychopathy scale, so they can tell by this test pretty much, what your psychopathic tendencies are. Now police academies give this to new recruits, you would think to weed out the psychopaths, but no it’s not, it’s to weed them in.”
