Have you folks always been extra drawn to glow in the dark stuff, glittery stuff, rainbow, or just anything like that?

I had those glow in the dark stars on my bedroom ceiling as a kid. Glitter is my thing. Rainbows, all of it.
Why?

Is there a deeper meaning perhaps?
