So at this point we can use ultrasound transducers or ultrasonic phased array antennas to strip off the lipid bilayer coating of a virus, nucleating the DNA/RNA base pairing to grow/self essemble from a seed crystal to form a dipole magnetic moment nanoparticle - capable of crossing the blood brain barrier - then through photon upconversion can tranfer upaired electrons to open up the ion channels for optogenetic mind control... and the unforseen consequences of the scattered electrons is to become a chain reaction of free radicals that leads on to heat leading to hyperthermia leading to reactive oxygen species leading to neuroinflammation leading to oxidative stress ultimately causing diseases.
