this is the same guy who accused Kyle R. of pointing his gun at the man jumping on cars at the car dealership. He made a pretty big deal of that during the trial and closing arguments.

Geez....Even Kyle at 17 had better gun safety handling. It was either an intimidation...or complete ignorance. Either choice he should be reprimanded at minimum.
