In UK, the data is what's posted on official website so true. Anyone jabbed within 14 days over here are classed as unvaccinated so % could be higher.
A couple of people I know that declined to be part of trial asked which jab they would of been having and were told the brand. May be nothing as it was doctors surgery that called, but they were offered date and time to attend
